As general market practice in Dubai (not specific to Gold Water Yachts), guided jet car rides do not require a driving licence, a safety briefing is given first, life jackets are worn by everyone and the minimum driver age is typically between 16 and 18 depending on the operator. Dubai's peak yachting season runs from roughly October or November to April, when daily highs sit between 24 and 34 °C. Your booking is confirmed once the agreed deposit is received, and the balance is paid before departure. Extra hours and extra services are charged. There is no refund for a no-show or a late arrival that causes a missed departure. If extreme weather or a Dubai Coast Guard instruction stops the trip, it is postponed or rescheduled; for a mechanical failure you get a full refund or a new date.
