Yacht Rental at Dubai Harbour

Gold Water Yachts is based at Dubai Harbour – Yacht Club, and most of our yacht rentals in Dubai leave from here. Dubai Harbour is a good starting point for a first trip: the marina is easy to reach, the water in front of it opens straight onto the Palm Jumeirah, Bluewaters and the Dubai Marina skyline, and you do not spend half your time sailing out of a crowded dock. Below you will find the yachts that depart from the Harbour, what you can see in one to three hours, how to get to the dock and what to know before you book.

Where Dubai Harbour is

Dubai Harbour is a waterfront district between Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters, next to JBR and Emaar Beachfront. It is home to the Dubai Harbour Yacht Club marina and the Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal, and it hosts the Dubai International Boat Show, held in late November 2026. Most of our charters leave from the Yacht Club; a few leave from Dubai Marina or Marasi Marina in Business Bay. Your booking confirmation always includes a Google Maps link to the exact dock.

  • 1 hour: the Harbour and Marina area, JBR, Bluewaters with Ain Dubai, and the Palm Jumeirah crescent in view.
  • 2 hours: adds Atlantis The Palm and the Burj Al Arab.
  • 3 hours or more: adds a swim stop or anchoring and a slower, more relaxed pace.

The exact route always depends on sea conditions, Coast Guard rules and the captain, and is agreed with the captain on the day.

Documents to bring

Best season and weather

Dubai's peak yachting season runs from roughly October or November to April, when daily highs sit between 24 and 34 °C. In summer, highs reach 38 to 42 °C, so morning, sunset and night trips are the comfortable choices, and the sea can reach about 30 °C. Strong north-westerly "shamal" winds can make the sea rough, and trips are rescheduled when the Coast Guard advises. Deposit, balance and cancellations

Your booking is confirmed once the agreed deposit is received, and the balance is paid before departure. Extra hours and extra services are charged. There is no refund for a no-show or a late arrival that causes a missed departure. If extreme weather or a Dubai Coast Guard instruction stops the trip, it is postponed or rescheduled; for a mechanical failure you get a full refund or a new date. Our team explains the cancellation notice period when you book, and the captain has the final say on safety. The full rules are in our terms and conditions.

Practical tips

Every yacht has a Bluetooth sound system for your own playlist; keep the volume low near restricted areas, as the Coast Guard requires. Only adults aged 21 or over may drink, the captain can refuse service for safety reasons, and the drinks policy depends on your charter, so ask our team before you go. Bring sun protection, and wear flat, soft-soled shoes on deck.

How to book
