Booking Procedures and Financial Agreement

By using the services of Goldwater Yacht, you agree to comply with our professional terms of service. All bookings are subject to the availability of the specific vessel and the confirmation of payment. A deposit or full payment is required to secure your date and time on the water. Prices are subject to change based on the season and specific requirements of your event.

Requirement of a valid identification document for all passengers
Confirmation of booking only upon receipt of the agreed deposit
Full settlement of the balance before the start of the journey
Additional charges for extended hours or extra services requested on board

Cancellation Policies and Weather Contingencies

Goldwater Yacht maintains a professional cancellation policy to ensure the efficiency of our fleet operations. We understand that plans can change, but we must account for the preparation and docking fees involved in every charter. In the event of extreme weather conditions or instructions from the Dubai Coast Guard, Goldwater Yacht reserves the right to postpone the trip for safety reasons.

Full refund or rescheduling for cancellations due to mechanical failure
Specific notice periods required for client requested cancellations
Rescheduling options in case of official weather warnings or safety risks
No refund for no shows or late arrivals that result in a missed departure

Passenger Liability and Onboard Safety Regulations

Safety is the most important element of any experience with Goldwater Yacht. All guests must adhere to the safety briefing provided by the captain before departure. The captain has the final authority on all matters related to the safety of the vessel and its passengers. Any misconduct or failure to follow instructions may lead to the immediate termination of the charter without a refund.

Mandatory use of life jackets during water sports and emergency drills
Responsibility of the client for any physical damage to the yacht or gear
Strict prohibition of illegal substances or dangerous items on board
Limitation of liability for personal items lost or damaged during the trip
